Skateboard or Longboard Trucks easier to turn on?
If you have a skateboard with longboard trucks, can you still turn as easily? Or is it better to just stick the wheels on?
I have no intention of getting a longboard and I'd appreciate help. I'm sick of regular skating and tricks and just want to get around. That's it. I like my Skateboard Deck and don't want a longboard deck.
This question is strictly about how the trucks turn and whether I can get the same cruising effect with just wheels and risers?
I've heard ongboard trucks are good for carving, but you don't have a huge turn radius. Shorter trucks are easy to turn on if you loosen them up.
